(More customer reviews)I got a returned model for free, and one of the knobs was difficult to turn. This is probably not the case for all, but it lost a star due to this. The Z design folds up quickly and very compactly, unlike the X design. This one is very sturdy with its cross support. It fits my microkorg vocoder perfectly as a second tier over the X stand. I don't worry about the second tier, as I might with some add-on solutions. A tier can be added to the Z-stand with a far sturdier apparatus than what is typically available for the X stands. Sit to play below. Stand to play above. It is a good space saving solution, as expected. This one costs a little more than some others, but it is probably worth the added expense.
